For when you get in a cleaning mood…
After all of the holiday baking and hosting is over, you finally have the energy to even attempt a deep kitchen clean. Here’s where to start.
Clear out old food, clean surfaces, and defrost the freezer.
Check and clean supplies, including silverware, casserole dishes that haven’t been used in months, and storage containers.
Give appliances extra attention; pull them out to clean floors and tight spots.
Thoroughly clean the oven, inside and out.
Deodorize and degrease the sink drain. Go through cleaning rags and sponges and see what needs to be washed, tossed, and replaced.
Take a moment for yourself.
Put on this playlist and relax with a hot cup of tea, even if it’s just for a moment.
